One of these is done. One is being written. The last three are ordered, not scheduled.

  • Internal netting against opposing intents before any pool is touched
  • Solver bonding and the failure path when a won batch does not settle
  • Pre-trade simulation surfaced in the interface, not just in the contract

  • Published parameter history, so a change is auditable after the fact

Why there are no dates

Everything after phase two depends on an audit whose findings nobody has seen. Any date attached to work downstream of that is a guess dressed as a commitment, and the only useful thing to publish is the ordering.

Follow the shipping, not the schedule.

Phase two is where the work is. Everything after it waits on an audit that has not happened yet.
